Our Vision

Laura from Glass Ceilings has been partnering with Patient Safety Learning for several years, helping a new Charity establish pay and remuneration and HR governance, undertake salary reviews and pay comparisons and make recommendations to a Pay & Rem Committee of the Board. Laura also provides HR policy advice and helps us to keep up to date with employment legislation.

Laura is a highly knowledgeable and experienced professional and is a delight to work with. She handles sensitive matters very well and is proactive in her approach, not just responding to our identified needs. We have a contract arrangement with Glass Ceilings and this works well, the services and high quality and value for money.

Laura has been a key note speaker and panel member at global events raising awareness of the barriers people face to working flexibly. The audiences have been based worldwide, from locations including Australia, India, Canada, Europe and the UK. Laura showed her experience in understanding customers’ needs, Laura not only demonstrated her ability to effectively respond to questions from business leads and employees, but clearly showed her wealth of experience in delivering business consultancy by drawing on a number of examples to demonstrate her advice in action in the business world. She combined case studies, policy and strategy, and practical steps and actions attendees can implement in both their organisations and professional lives.

I always found Laura’s advice and direction to be first class. She really helped me out at a time where I was newly promoted into senior management of key workers when the Covid pandemic hit.
