Insights AND EVENTS

Glass Ceilings®  does so much more than our consultancy work.

Research and Insights

Through our Insights and Events, we raise awareness via our social media channels, publishing articles and contributing to other publications, and public speaking activity on panels, webinars, and events.

We also host our own webinar series with guest expert speakers on a range of areas.

We were founded to be a leading voice in shaping people-centred, inclusive modern and dynamic businesses.

We do this by working with other organisations, professional bodies, and key stakeholders to research and raise awareness of local and global trends and issues that create barriers to personal and business growth.

We also feed into UK Government consultations developing legislation and influencing real-world policy solutions.

Key Strategic Areas for 2025-26

Economic uncertainty affecting businesses and employment

Harnessing key strategic drivers and emerging technologies to streamline operations and modernise work systems and processes in a difficult financial and economic climate. We approach this through the prism of inclusion, encouraging lifelong learning and skills development to minimise risks of long-term unemployment. This will benefit those who have been disproportionately affected by lack of opportunity in the past.

Long term ill health and disability emerging from the Covid pandemic

The UK is living with historically high numbers of people unable to work full time, or work at all, due to long term ill health and disability emerging from the Covid pandemic. We aim to rasie awareness of these ongoing issues so that people are not forgotten about or unfairly treated in the jobs market. We reduce stigma and bias by raising awareness of the ongoing impact of the pandemic, on all people regardless of theri background.
