As a progressive organisation whose purpose is Influencing Change for Work-Life Inclusion, we are proud to stand in allyship with LGBTQ+ people and communities through all of our work.
We’re dismayed to see increasing discriminatory practices against the LGBTQ+ community across society. In this regard, we offer particular support again this year to all trans and non-binary people, who are facing hate speech, segregation, and exclusion on a daily basis.
Whilst Pride Month is an opportunity each year to celebrate progress that has been made, this serves to show how LGBTQ+ rights have been hard won over many decades and progress should never be taken for granted.
