Our approach is to help organisations review and streamline operational processes, devise and implement new policies, and deliver efficiencies to avoid compulsory redundancies wherever possible.
However, we recognise this is not always possible and when all options have been explored, we guide organisations through fair redundancy and TUPE transfers, ensuring nobody is disproportionately affected.
