We were founded to be a leading voice in shaping a people-centred, inclusive Future of Work in the 21st Century.
We do this through our Research function, working with other organisations, professional bodies, and key stakeholders to research barriers people face in employment and develop policy solutions that will remove those barriers.

Through our Insights and Events function, we raise awareness via our social media channels, publishing articles and contributing to other publications, and our CEO’s public speaking activity on panels, webinars, and events.
We also host our own webinar series with guest expert speakers on a range of areas.
Key Strategic Areas for 2024-25
Future of Work
Harnessing strategic drivers such as technology, economic recovery and employment trends, emerging from the Covid pandemic, and net zero targets to champion truly flexible working practices. This will benefit those who have been disproportionately affected by lack of flexibility in work in the past.
Reproductive Health in the Workplace
We aim to reduce stigma and bias by raising awareness of the impact, on all gender identities, of reproductive system health conditions. We welcome the focus on conditions like menopause but aim to broaden the conversation and improve wellbeing, productivity, and progression.
