Employment Relations Training
We design and deliver training on issues across the employment lifecycle, ensuring you are inclusive and compliant at all stages, and operating in line with the very latest trends in employment legislation and good practice.
If you have a particular issue or increase in employment relations issues then we can advise and support you on targeted actions, for example to reduce sickness absences, increase retention, or improve disciplinary and grievance procedures.

The Four Oaks Coaching Programme is inspired by the phrase ‘From Small Acorns do Great Oaks Grow’ is a dedicated career development coaching programme in 4 stages.
Session 1 (1 hour)
Career history and goals, preferences, workplace culture, sectors.
Session 2 (1 hour)
Confidence coaching, includes focussed session of recognising skills, knowledge, and talents, and personal USP.
Session 3 (1 hour)
Action Planning, including job search strategies.
Session 4 (90 mins)
Focussed session on CV and personal statement aligned to job searches. 30 mins to recap learnings from the course and any further questions or concerns of your choosing.

An interactive workshop introducing the theory and practical application of Insights Discovery focusing on key themes of:

Discovering team effectiveness Insights Discovery
A favourite for team away days, this fun and interactive Insights group workshop focusses on applying the Insights model to create maximum outputs for team effectiveness. This includes facilitated discussions, exercises and breakout sessions to learn how individual and team preferences affect team dynamics and performance including diagnosing and confronting problems, improving relationships and inspiring success. The session will create clear and practical action plans that accelerate the team’s progress towards organisational goals.
Personal Insights Development
We also work one-to-one to provide people with greater understanding about themselves, and how they interact with others.
Insights profile
A unique and in-depth Insights Discovery Personal Profile which identifies each person’s Insights colour order and unlocks self-awareness including:
- Personal blind spots
- How to understand and interact with those who are opposite types to their own
- Strengths
- Weaknesses
- Development areas
Insights Discovery profile one-to-one feedback/ coaching
A unique and in-depth Insights Discovery Personal Profile feedback and coaching session lasting 90 minutes. The profile is used as a springboard for each person to tackle the challenges that are standing between them and peak performance such as effective communication, key development opportunities and team-work. Each feedback session will be driven by individual requirements, with support provided to identify:
