For nearly two decades, we have been supporting people to recognise and develop leadership skills – from new to experienced leaders, first line and middle managers, to senior and executive leaders. We have designed a ‘Future Leaders’ programmes to encourage people from previously under-represented groups into leadership positions.

Employment Relations Training
We design and deliver training on issues across the employment lifecycle, ensuring you are inclusive and compliant at all stages, and operating in line with the very latest trends in employment legislation and good practice.
If you have a particular issue or increase in employment relations issues then we can advise and support you on targeted actions, for example to reduce sickness absences, increase retention, or improve disciplinary and grievance procedures.

The Four Oaks Coaching Programme is inspired by the phrase ‘From Small Acorns do Great Oaks Grow’ is a dedicated career development coaching programme in 4 stages.
Session 1 (1 hour)
Career history and goals, preferences, workplace culture, sectors.
Session 2 (1 hour)
Confidence coaching, includes focussed session of recognising skills, knowledge, and talents, and personal USP.
Session 3 (1 hour)
Action Planning, including job search strategies.
Session 4 (90 mins)
Focussed session on CV and personal statement aligned to job searches. 30 mins to recap learnings from the course and any further questions or concerns of your choosing.

Leadership Development
Wherever you are in your leadership journey, we provide training coaching or mentoring to help aspiring leaders, new leaders, and senior leaders break down barriers they are facing and reach their potential.

Four Oaks Professional Development®
We also work one-to-one with professionals from many different professions and sectors who are feeling at a crossroads in their career and have major decisions to make about their next move.
Discovery Call - 1 hour
We will explore your career history, goals, and drivers to pinpoint where your ambition is being fulfilled or could be improved.
We will also explore aspects in your current position that you feel may be affecting your career or professional development, such as inter-personal relationships with colleagues or availability of progression opportunities.
By the end of the call, you will have key actions to take away and implement for career growth.
Specialist Sessions
A unique and in-depth session lasting 60 or 90 minutes.
We have particular expertise in working with people returning to work following time away for work-life circumstances such as ill health, trauma, taking time out for caring responsibilities. We also work with many mid-career professionals changing careers.
The session is driven by individual requirements, with support to:
- Plan a career-change
- Integrate back into work following a break
- Regain confidence and self-esteem
- Identify opportunities for growth and professional development.
