Laura Evans was proud to celebrate Glass Ceilings Change Management’s 5th anniversary in this article for Well Connected magazine. Thank you to Liverpool Chamber for inviting Laura to write a feature in this particular quarterly edition celebrating the Chamber’s 175th anniversary year – a mere 170 years ahead of us!
In the article, Laura reflects on how we got to 5 years despite major interruptions to business half way through, building trusted relationships with clients, and looking to the future including inclusive use of AI which offers huge opportunities none of us can afford to avoid but which carries potential risks to people and employability if not implemented ethically with appropriate safeguards.
