Our CEO, Laura Evans, thoroughly enjoyed delivering a guest lecture on ‘Leadership and Leading into the Future’ at the University of Liverpool today to a very engaged audience of MSc students in Management, HR Management and Organisational/Occupational/Business Psychology.
The session covered Laura’s own leadership experience and practice, exploring themes of: personal understanding of leadership, practising context-appropriate leadership, inclusive leadership, and the history and development of leadership styles whilst looking to what kind of leaders we need in modern times and in the future.
Reflecting afterwards, Laura commented:
“Education has always played an important role in my life, and I always value any opportunity to pass on knowledge and experience to others. Wishing all the students every success in their Masters’ studies and future careers.”
