Our CEO, Laura Evans, was delighted to present a session on ‘Ethics and Inclusion in AI’ at a sell out event on AI in recruitment for the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Fair Employment Charter today.
Laura used the occasion to unveil the Glass Ceilings SAFE AI Model™ for the first time in public. Our SAFE Model considers social and economic issues in the round with rapid deployment of AI in a largely unregulated environment. We consider the impact of issues like digital poverty, education, and social mobility and their impacts on employment and career progression. It was great to talk about this in the context of recruitment this morning.
