February is LGBTQ+ History Month. As a progressive organisation whose purpose is Influencing Change for Work-Life Inclusion, Glass Ceilings Change Management remains proud to stand in allyship with LGBTQ+ people and communities through all of our work.
We offer particular support once again this year to all trans and non-binary people, who are facing increasing hate speech, segregation, and exclusion daily. It shows how progress that has been hard-won over many decades can start to unravel quickly, and should never be taken forgranted.
This month offers an opportunity to learn more about LGBTQ+ history, reduce stigma and prejudice, and the importance of allyship.
